General Terms and Conditions Pollino Danza Festival 2026 - July 16—28 2026 .
Art. 1 – Event Schedule
The Pollino Danza Festival will take place in Fardella (PZ), Basilicata, from 16 to 28 July 2026.
Art. 1.1 – Registration
Registration for the festival is done via the online ticketing system on the website: www.pollinodanza.it.
After correctly completing the online form with all required information and payment for the selected options, a confirmation of registration will be sent.
No refunds will be provided in case of:
- non-participation in the event
- incomplete attendance
- early departure
Art. 1.2 – Check-in
Check-in is scheduled for 16 July, from 12:00 to 17:00.
Art. 2 – Categories
Participants will be divided by age groups:
- KIDS: 7–10 years
- UNDER 13: 11–13 years
- JUNIORS: 14–18 years
- SENIORS: 19–23 years
Art. 2.1
If a minimum of 15 participants per category is not reached, categories may be merged.
Art. 3 – Dance Studio Rules
Participants are required to respect class schedules and arrive on time.
Each room/stage is equipped with a changing room and toilet.
It is not permitted to leave bottles, objects, or clothing on the stages where classes are held.
Art. 4 – Clothing
Participants must wear appropriate clothing for the lessons and activities.
Art. 4.1 – Items to bring
Ballet:
- Leotard
- Tights
- Half-pointe shoes
- Pointe shoes (if already used)
Contemporary Dance:
- Long and short pants
- Socks
- T-shirts
- Long-sleeve tops
Footwear:
- Comfortable sneakers, suitable for dancing outdoors
Outdoor and evening clothing:
- Warm sweatshirts
- Windproof jacket
Art. 5 – Performances
Participation in scheduled performances is free of charge for all participants.
Art. 6 – Accommodation
The following accommodation options are available:
- Bed in Hostel with private bathroom (WC and shower in room).
Cost is fixed, regardless of the number of nights. - Bed in Shared Dormitory with external shared bathroom.
Cost is fixed, regardless of the number of nights. - Bed set up in a Municipal facility with shared bathroom.
Cost is fixed, regardless of the number of nights.
Art. 6.1 – Facilities
All accommodations include bed linen.
Participants must bring:
- Towels
- Bathrobe
Art. 6.2 – Laundry Service
A laundry service is available for an additional fee, arranged locally with the cleaning staff.
Costs and conditions will be communicated on-site.
Art. 6.3 – Restrictions
Eating inside rooms is prohibited. Snacks or personal meals may only be consumed in common areas.
Art. 6.4 – Cleaning
Accommodations are cleaned daily. Cleaning service is included in the accommodation cost.
Art. 7 – Canteen
- The canteen is available from 17 to 26 July.
- On 27 July, during the trip to the Gala at Argonauti, canteen service is available at an extra cost.
- The canteen fee is fixed, regardless of actual usage.
- The canteen is provided by the Verdeombra Restaurant, at the Cabin in Parco Barbattavio, where the lessons are held.
Art. 7.1
The canteen is set up in designated areas. Takeaway meals can be requested. No staff will deliver meals; participants must manage this independently.
Art. 7.2
After each meal, participants are responsible for cleaning their tray and area.
Art. 8 – Transport
A Private Transfer service is available from Naples Airport/Train Station to Fardella. The same service is available for the return journey from Fardella to Naples Airport/Train Station.
Your seat on the transfer will be automatically assigned after purchasing the service online.
- Departure: July 16th at 1:00 PM
- Return: July 28th at 10:00 AM
Furthermore, once in Fardella, a Free Daily Shuttle service is available to facilitate travel between the stage areas and accommodations. The same distance can also be covered on foot in 10 minutes.
Art. 8.1
The Naples–Fardella route takes approximately 3 hours.
Art. 8.2
Shuttle tickets can only be purchased online at the time of registration. Payment on-site is not allowed.
No refunds will be provided in case of non-participation.
Art. 8.3
A staff member will be present on board to coordinate arrivals.
On the morning of 16 July, a WhatsApp group will be created for operational communications.
Art. 8.4
Upon request, we can arrange a transfer to/from other airports in Southern Italy (within 300km).

Art. 9 – Argonauti Trip
On 27 July 2026, a trip is planned from Fardella to Porto degli Argonauti (Marina di Pisticci), on the Ionian coast, where the Gala performance will be repeated.
Art. 9.1
If a participant cannot attend, they must inform the staff at check-in.
Art. 9.2
Shuttle tickets can only be purchased online.
Art. 9.3
A staff member will be present on board to coordinate arrivals.
Art. 9.4 – Clothing and Items
Participants must bring:
- All costumes used in the previous Gala
- Beach towel
- Swimsuit
- Flip-flops
- Shower towel
Art. 10 – Consents
Art. 10.1 – Name and Image
Participation implies authorization for the use of name and image for institutional and promotional purposes, including collaboration with media outlets, TV, radio, and internet, in accordance with Articles 6–10 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96–97 of Law 633/1941.
Participants cannot make any claims for this use.
Art. 10.2 – Personal Data Processing
Participation implies consent to the processing of personal data under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for organizational, informational, and promotional purposes related to the Festival.
Art. 10.3 – Liability Waiver (Minors)
The Organization provides insurance coverage only for official Festival activities.
The legal guardian releases the Balletto Lucano Association and the organizing staff from any civil or criminal liability for events occurring outside official activities.
Minors will always be supervised by staff, including during night hours in the dormitories.
